    Flexibility and wellbeing go hand in hand. These guided full body stretching exercises let the muscles regain their normal muscle tone and will make the body feel relaxed and wonderful. The stretch and flex class is designed to be done after exercises, on a warm body, this is one of the reasons we have added it directly after our Body Boost class.
