    Circuit – No Two Weeks the Same!
    This circuit-style class keeps things fresh and your body guessing! Each week brings a new challenge – sometimes it’s full-body, other times we focus on arms, legs, or core. Expect a mix of strength and weight-based exercises, with mobility, stretching, or even a touch of yoga woven in to round things out. All fitness levels are welcome – there’s always an option that works for you.
