    Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYBALANCE™* is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your mindset. Bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates.

    This class takes 25 bookings, and 25 attendees.

    Tagging into the Center automatically marks your attendance into classes booked.

    Only members who have booked into the class online, can participate.

    Classes can be booked 2 days in advance.
    If you regularly book and do not show up you will be excluded from booking on line in the future.
    Members MUST cancel their booking if they cannot make the class.
    If you are unsure as to whether you can make it, please do not book.
