Description:
Functional Training is important as it is dynamic and incoporates movements coresponding to our daily lives. Undertaken on the gym floor or group fitness room, you will be taken through a functional circuit which is both challenging and rewarding.
This class takes 12 bookings, and 12 attendees.
Tagging into the Center automatically marks your attendance into classes booked.
Only members who have booked into the class online, can participate.
Classes can be booked 2 days in advance.
If you regularly book and do not show up you will be excluded from booking on line in the future.
Members MUST cancel their booking if they cannot make the class.
If you are unsure as to whether you can make it, please do not book.
