Description:
Konga is an easy to follow, mood elevating, high intensity fusion of dance, boxing, cardio and sculpting set to the hottest beats!
A fierce workout for everybody!
Only members who have booked into the class online, can participate.
This class takes 25 bookings, and 25 attendees.
Classes can be booked 2 days in advance.
If you regularly book and do not show up you will be excluded from booking on line in the future.
Members MUST cancel their booking if they cannot make the class.
If you are unsure as to whether you can make it, please do not book.
