Description:
High intensity fusion of boxing, cardio, dance and sculpting to the hottest beats from all decades. A fierce workout. Expect to squat, sprint and sweat like crazy.
Konga is for everybody!
This class takes 25 bookings, and 25 attendees.
Only members who have booked into the class online, can participate.
Classes can be booked 2 days in advance.
If you regularly book and do not show up you will be excluded from booking on line in the future.
Members MUST cancel their booking if they cannot make the class.
