Description:
A low impact exercise method that lengthens and strengthens the core muscles.
Also aims to lean and tone the tummy, legs, back and butt.
This class takes 18 bookings, and 18 attendees.
Tagging into the Center automatically marks your attendance into classes booked.
Only members who have booked into the class online, can participate.
Classes can be booked 2 days in advance.
If you regularly book and do not show up you will be excluded from booking on line in the future.
Members MUST cancel their booking if they cannot make the class.
If you are unsure as to whether you can make it, please do not book.
