Description:
Stretching is a very important part of your exercise regime. It will decrease your chances of injury, increase your flexibility and mobility, loosen your muscles and increase blood flow. If everyday stresses and tight muscles are a problem area for you, come and try this dynamic yet tranquil class.
This class takes 25 bookings, and 25 attendees.
Tagging into the Center automatically marks your attendance into classes booked.
Only members who have booked into the class online, can participate.
Classes can be booked 2 days in advance.
If you regularly book and do not show up you will be excluded from booking on line in the future.
Members MUST cancel their booking if they cannot make the class.
If you are unsure as to whether you can make it, please do not book.
