  • Description:
    Fundamentals has been designed to teach proper technique, starting with the bare basics progressing through to most commonly used movements seen in our classes. Although this will be strongly focused on technique you will still be getting a decent workout as a result. Doing this class is recommended for all members, to improve the work capacity, quality of movement and reduce risk of injury in classes. This is a 3 week program which you can start at any time. Within that week, the Tuesday evening & Saturday morning session will be the same. Each class is structured to start at Level 1 and progress through to Level 4 for a specific movement pattern.  This is a FREE class for gym members or non members. Feel free to bring a friend along! If you aren't a class member, please email prior to book in, as spots are limited and priority goes to class members.
