Strength & Conditioning

This class will involve a strength component followed by a conditioning component. An e.g of this class would be 5×5 deadlift followed by a conditioning circuit. Although this class sounds quite advanced, we take the extra time to teach correct technique and regress each session as needed for different fitness levels.
We have a Novice Program, Intermediate Program & also open for advanced lifters that are already on a program, that just want extra coaching.
This is FREE for you + one lifting buddy. So bring a friend along whether they have never lifted before or if they are experienced.
