    This is a low-impact, non-choreographed class that is designed to improve fitness, muscular strength and increase flexibility and balance. You are able to work at your own pace, either low or medium intensity and therefore this class is ideal for the following clients those new to exercise, returning from injury and older clients. Enjoy this fun aerobic and strength class.
