    FUNCTIONAL Fitness is a 45-minute group fitness program in our functional training area and is designed to train your body to function better and mimic everyday movements. In life our movements are not in isolation, we use many joints and muscles in unison. FUNCTIONAL Fitness is all about making life easier. Our trainers have designed specific workouts to suit the different skill and fitness levels. Fitness is all about progression, every week you will see your body transform to become better at functioning in life.
