    Time to smash your fitness goals with this all over body workout; burn fat, challenge your core, build functional strength and sculpt amazing arms and legs all while pushing your cardio limits.
    This class tailor made class will teach you kicking, boxing and defence skills in a safe, conflict free environment.
    It is Ideal for all experience levels and allows you to work at a pace appropriate for you.

    Class style: HIIT/HIRT mixture. Includes warm-up and CD/stretching.
    Suggested ages: 12+ appropriate for all genders

    Other information: you don’t need your own partner (one can be organised for you at the class).
    BYO towel and inner gloves.
    Mouth guards and protective gear are not required.

    A little information about Danielle.
    Danielle is a personal trainer, strength coach and powerlifting coach. She has 23 years-experience training in/teaching martial-arts including (Boxing, Muay Thai, Karate, Taekwondo and Pencak Silat). She has coached athletes and fighters from beginners to the national and world champion level. During her career she has successfully completed four black belt gradings including weapon qualifications.
