    This class is designed to introduce someone new to the concepts of Pilates, and the terminology we use but also build the body up in order to move on to the other levels. If you are new to Pilates and want that feel of building blocks and a start to progress, then this is the class for you
    Foundation class is also designed for anyone that would like to condition, strengthen and re-align the body.
