                            Description:
                         Vinyasa means wise progression. It is defined by systematically moving from one point to the next. There is a focus on the union of breath and movement throughout the practise  moving to stronger postures as the class progresses.
 
 A vigorous practice utilising dynamic standing and balancing poses, with a strong core aspect. Inversions and arm balnaces are optional and can be modified. The practise finsihes moving to stronger postures as the class progresses.
