    Each and every session is unique and progressively more challenging! IGNITE truly is a little bit of everything so you can expect to see burpees, body weight exercises, barbell resistance training, ‘leg days’, more burpees, interval training, circuit training, boxing, running, followed by more burpees!!! Every exercise and session is designed to suit ALL ages and fitness levels so please don’t let the dreaded burpees scare you off these will all be at YOUR own pace and alternatives will always be available!
