Description:
Yoga means unity of the mind, body & soul. Move with your breath through one pose (asana) to the next. The practice can be challenging, physically & emotionally. It will increase the capacity of your breath, your strength & your flexibility. This class is dynamic & different, every week you will move through a different flow, a different set of movements. You will leave feeling relaxed, stretched & strengthened.
