    This is a 45 minute high intensity mixed with resistance training class.
    Each class will be different, varying from circuit sessions with timed stations to fast moving drills, with the odd challenge thrown in to get your heart pumping and leaving you with a sense of accomplishment and a smile!

    All classes cater for all fitness levels and abilities.
