  • Description:
    Twice the work in half the time! A high intensity, full body circuit workout with a range of body weight, small weight and cardio exercises to get you sweating.

    Please note that morning classes will start on (or very shortly after) the hour and finish 15 minutes before the hour to allow attendees to get to work. Lunchtime and afternoon classes start approximately 10 past the hour.
