    High paced circuit style training that utilizes bodyweight, resistance and cardio exercises that is sure to leave you feeling exhausted. Each workout will consist of both upper and lower body exercises in combination with aerobic activity.
    Ideal for weight loss goals and/or to increase your muscular endurance and conditioning.

    CANCELLATIONS: If you can’t make the class please be sure to cancel as soon as possible.
