Description:
Structured strength based workout that will challenge your limits and ensure that you train at maximum intensities. Each workout will target a specific goal which will allow you to recover optimally between sessions and avoid overtraining.
Ideal for those looking to increase their strength and/or learn how to lift in a safe and effective manner.
