    BARRE is a combination of Ballet, Strength, Cardio and Flexibility all rolled into one. Ballet inspired training to build strength and flexibility. You'll train with precision in movement and gain strength and flexibility in your muscles, whilst getting a cardio kick. This class can be done with minimal impact on your body and is suitable for all fitness levels. Class duration: 45 minutes unless otherwise stated.
