Description:
BOOTY is a class that will make your Abs, Butt and Thighs catch on fire! Working on functional core strength, whilst toning and lifting your booty. It a great low impact class. You'll use body weight, light weights and a resistance band to get your core strong. Levels and options for all fitness abilities. Class duration: 30 minutes.
