    HIIT CARDIO is a challenging, yet achievable cardio workout. You’ll push your heart rate high for that big calorie burn. Using your body weight and dynamic moves, you’ll achieve fitness success in this class. This class can be adapted to all fitness levels and impact options. All welcome. If you’re pregnant, make sure you speak to the instructor before class. Class duration: 30 minutes.
