Working on strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, coordination, balance and good posture , PILATES will challenge you. This discipline emphasises correct form instead of going for the burn. With so many exercise variations and progressions, you will have a hard time getting bored with Pilates. Class duration: 60 minutes unless otherwise stated.
