    Strengthen and sculpt your body with Reform Pilates. Improve your posture and flexibility, sculpt your arms and legs and tone your midsection in a 45-minute, instructor-led class, that will help you see results fast! Please ensure you wear grip socks.

    If you book and do not attend the class or do not cancel at least 2 hours before the class starts, you will be charged a $10 No Show Fine.
