  • Description:
    The beauty of yoga is that it really is for everyone. If you can breathe, you can do yoga. This class is designed to build the foundations of yoga - from the asanas (yoga postures), breathwork, mindfulness and relaxation techniques. In this class, you will build your knowledge and confidence in the key poses that are found in almost every yoga class. The poses stretch and strengthen muscles but they also have an effect on our internal organs, lungs, nervous system and mental state.

    IMPORTANT:
    - Only book for classes you intend on attending
    - If you need to cancel please provide as much notice as possible
    - You can cancel your class booking up to 1 hour prior to class
    - Swipe your access tag upon entry to the club to mark attendance
    - Failure to cancel your booking may result in a $10 penalty fee
