Description:
Slow down and let tension melt away in this calming and grounding Restorative Yoga Workshop. During 2 hours of total bliss practice Pranayama (Breathing techniques), Meditation and Yoga Nidra with healing Restorative Yoga poses.
Yoga Nidra literally means yogic sleep. It is an ancient technique where the practitioner enters the deep states of conscious relaxation. It is a systematic practice of moving awareness from our external world to the inner world.
We will move mindfully and gently through supported poses for an extended period of time, releasing stress, bringing harmony to your nervous system and restoring body, mind & soul.
This practice is great to balance an active schedule or to treat yourself to some much needed self care.
Experience stress releasing meditation, immense benefits for all those who struggle to let go, those who suffer from lack of sleep, burn-out, and anxiety.
