  • Description:
    It's time to slow it all down for a mid-week mental, physical and emotion unwind. This class will begin with a breathwork technique to switch your nervous system into a rested phase before flowing into some asana's taken at a much slower pace, inviting in a moving meditation. Elements within the flow may include some poses held for a few breaths to feel the subtleties in the body while still connecting to the body with movement and breath. The perfect mid-week break to support you in finishing off the week feeling openness in the body and mind. Suitable and welcome to all levels.

    IMPORTANT:
    - Please bring your own mat
    - Only book for classes you intend on attending
    - If you need to cancel please provide as much notice as possible
    - You can cancel your class booking up to 1 hour prior to class
    - Swipe your access tag upon arrival to automatically record attendance
    - Non-attendance for a booked class will result in a $10 fee
