Description:
Welcome in the new week with a series of postures that warms, tones and aligns the whole body. Sun Salutation (Surya Namaskar) is an ancient practice of expressing gratitude to the Sun for it's powerful qualities. This practice is a foundational element of yoga, aligning breath with movement and bringing the mind into a deep state of relaxation. Finish this class with the peaceful sensations brought by a guided meditation and savasana.
