    This class is the perfect combination of a delicious Yang flow, followed by some deeper, held Yin postures- the perfect balance of Yang and Yin. Begin with a meditative flow, allowing you to drop out of the busyness in the mind and connect into your body through movement, before transitioning into the deeper, held postures in the second half of the class through a series of Yin poses. This is a fabulous class to support suppleness in the body and space in the mind. Suitable and welcoming to all levels
