    Shred is the best place for combining fat burning, muscle toning and confidence building in one fast paced and exciting workout! This Shred class will be upper body focused.
    For 45minutes we will be taking your body through some intense phases of Strength training focused on sculpting your physique, then we challenge your cardio and muscular endurance with a series of tough but fun AMRAPs (as many rounds as possible) to keep you sweating, laughing and coming back for more
