    A steady paced, simple and strong vinyasa class where we connect mind and body with breath and movement.
    The physical purpose is to establish and refine alignment in our postures building strength, stamina and improving flexibility whilst capturing the internal heat generated from breath and movement. We learn to embrace the challenges with confidence, knowing we can dial the intensity down or up at anytime.
    This class is suited for intermediate to advanced.
