    This class adds that little bit extra to a normal Spin Clas. You will burn maximum calories as you work your way through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials and interval training. Then you will add that extra exercise of squats, pushups or anything else the instructor chooses - these all being optional. Fantastic for all levels.
