Description:
Low impact, suitable for all ages. Using a Reformer Bed, you will be led through a 45 minute session of full body conditioning. Focusing on Upper and Lower body strength, core, and muscle lengthening in our beautiful brand new purpose built studio.
Please arrive 5 mins prior to scheduled class time. Once class commences we cannot allow any latecomers for occupational health and safety reasos.
