Description:
A slow style with mostly floor poses, held for longer periods (typically 2 to 5 mins), aimed at finding and sustaining stillness. Includes breath work, mindfulness techniques and a guided relaxation. As there is little movement you may get cold, please wear warm clothing particularly in winter!
BYO: Yoga mat, blanket, bolster or cushions. Blocks and some mats provided.
