The Kraken is the ultimate Tabata workout! You will coach your members through a gruelling 8 stations of tabata training with the full 8 Rounds of tabata on each. This means that by the time they get to the finisher, your members will have completed 64 intervals of work! With this in mind, they’re going to need a lot of encouragement and motivation from you, especially towards the final rounds of each station.
