Exclusive to Goodlife South Melbourne. In this 60 minute class you will learn more complex exercises that will expand your understanding of Pilates Reformer movement systems.
The intensity of this workout will be greater than that of our standard Reformer classes as the pace and flow of the exercises are strategically designed at a more dynamic pace to maximise muscle conditioning and lengthening.
It is advised that you attend at least 10 of our standard classes before attending this class.
