“Beautiful tone and definition”
Create lean muscle tone in this ballet inspired workout. The efficient use of bodyweight exercises, light hand weights and small props delivers a dynamic, graceful and fun workout which will sculpt and shape your body without bulking. Isometric holds and pulses (lots of pulses!) are mixed with fast flowing movements that raise your heart rate for a cardio element. Barre is for everyone and no dance experience is required to feel the burn!
Our studio is open 15 mins before class start time. To help us ensure we are all doing our part to be COVID safe please make sure you check in on arrival and wipe down your space and any props used after your class. Have a beautiful session.
