Description:
What is reformer: Push or pull against the resistance of the reformer, building strength as you power through a series of toning exercises. We follow the reformer principles but turn up the intensity for the ultimate outcome. The added boost will define your core, sculpt your muscles, and improve your flexibility.
Everyone, all fitness levels, and abilities are welcome in our classes, please let your instructor know of any injuries or concerns you have before beginning.
What you need: Comfortable clothes, a water bottle and grip socks.
For hygiene reasons socks are compulsory, we do highly recommend grip socks, you can purchase a pair at HFC.
Payment is due at time of booking for non-members $30
Payment for HFC members is $20 and payment must be made prior to class start time.
HFC members on a wellness package membership do not require payment prior to class.
Non-members can purchase a 10-pass class for $250
HFC members can purchase a 10-pass class for $190
Cancellation Policy & No Shows Policy:
Cancellation of a class will only be refunded if class is cancelled 6 hours prior to class start time. You will be charged the cost of the class for no shows & late cancellations; prior class credit will not be refunded for no shows & late cancellations.
Cancellation can only be made via app or direct contact with reception. Calling 5962 5699 & texting 0493 243 655, emails and social media messages (Facebook, Instagram etc.) are NOT accepted as cancellation notifications and the $30 fee will be payable.
Waitlists:If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. If someone cancels out of the class you will automatically be added to the class in order of being on the list, up until 6 hours before the class starting time. You can see your waitlist number via our booking app, your email confirmation or by calling reception. You will not be charged for the class unless you are added to the class.
