Tabata provides the health benefits of a 1 hour cardio workout, but with tabata it is done in half the time! Tabata workouts are completed in 25 minutes which is perfecdt for those with limited time. It's high intensity interval class comprimising of 4-5 different exercises executed to time. Each exercise is taken on each timer with 20 seconds of intense training followed by 10seconds rest. This class includes a warm up and a cool down taking total time to 30-45mins. It's short and efficient!
