    Yoga – Yoga is the linking of one posture to the next in one continuous flow. The result is a dynamic workout that builds both strength and flexibility. Through building internal heat (sweating), deep breathing, inverting our bodies (head below heart), twisting and balancing, the lymphatic system is enhanced allowing for detoxification as well as relaxation.
