    Slow Flow and Yin is the perfect weekend wind down. Like a big gentle sigh for the nervous system. It combines a slow, breath focused flow that's gentle on the joints yet challenging on the muscles, with a series of Yin shapes to bring a sense of easefullness and calm to the mind and body.Mindfulness techniques are gently threaded throughout the practice to support you landing more deeply and with more presence. All levels are welcome.
