Description:
If you're just starting out or getting back into fitness or maybe you think the other MG F.I.T classes are too hard for you then this class is perfect for you. All exercises are done at a pace that you can manage to help you gradually build your fitness and strength back up as well as lose some body fat.
It's also great for seasoned gym goers who are looking at taking it easy either due to injury or for whatever reasons.
We slow things down and go back to the basics teaching correct techniques as well as dishing up a workout.
