    This class is for anyone who is looking at strengthening their core muscles. In doing so, you will be able to prevent or manage lower back pains, reduce your waistline as well as chisel your abdominal muscles. You'll also be able to improve your posture and because you cannot train your core muscles without working other muscles in your body, you'll build strength, power and stabilization.
