Description:
A 60 minute class designed to stretch the body and mind, this class will mainly be floor based poses which will be held for a longer period of time to increase flexibility and give the body time to adapt to the poses. Sometimes a challenge for the body but also for the mind to stay present and focus in the moment. A great Mindfulness strengthening class, it will also help your body recover from physical activities in the gym.
