Description:
Youth Power is a strength and conditioning workout aimed at teaching 13-18 year olds how to lift weights in a safe enviroment.
It's made up of functional movements performed at a low intensity.
With a smaller number in the class (8), our coaches can incorporate heavier weights in a safe and controlled environment.
