Full Body Strength & Conditioning
This dynamic class is designed to build real-world strength, improve mobility, and boost overall fitness using functional movement patterns. Combining elements of strength training, conditioning, and core work, you'll target the entire body through compound exercises and purposeful movement. Every session is built to enhance how you move both in and out of the gym. Ideal for all fitness levels, this class will leave you stronger, more resilient, and energised.
Four Week Training Block starts July 14th
Please note our 9:15am session is a family friendly time slot. Anyone is welcome to attend this class but are aware we have mums/dads with kids attend this session and at times may have kids present on the floor space around their parents. Parents are aware though they must ensure their children do not impede with other members and affect their training. We do operate a creche but at times kids become unsettled and need their parents.
