    Lower Body Strength & Conditioning

    This lower body-focused class is designed to build strength, power, and stability through functional movement. You'll target glutes, quads, hamstrings, and calves with a combination of resistance training, bodyweight exercises, and dynamic conditioning. Expect lunges, squats, hinges, and explosive movements that not only strengthen but improve balance, mobility, and performance. Each session supports better movement in everyday life and athletic performance. Suitable for all fitness levels and guaranteed to leave your legs feeling the burn!

    Four Week Training Block starts July 14th

    Please note our 9:15am session is a family friendly time slot. Anyone is welcome to attend this class but are aware we have mums/dads with kids attend this session and at times may have kids present on the floor space around their parents. Parents are aware though they must ensure their children do not impede with other members and affect their training. We do operate a creche but at times kids become unsettled and need their parents.
