Our 45 minute group fitness pilates class combines dynamic strength training with an emphasis on mindful movement. Instructed by physiotherapist Megan, the small group class embodies her passion for all things women’s health by focusing on improving pelvic floor and core control, flexibility, balanced postural alignment, muscle endurance and using breath to centre the mind. It utilizes both body and resistance equipment such as light weights, bands, swiss balls and pilates rings for a total body conditioning workout. The class is suitable for all abilities and can be scaled to cater all fitness levels, including safe modulations for pregnant women.
